As all pieces are hand-stitched by our talented team, all items will be dispatched within 1-6 weeks from purchase date. This depends if your piece is in stock (1-2 weeks), has a personalised name (2-4 weeks), is a pet design (3-5 weeks) or completely customised design your own piece (5-7 weeks).

When will my item be delivered?

All items will be delivered within 1-6 weeks from purchase date, depending on if your piece is in-stock (1-2 weeks or 2-4 weeks with a personalised name) or being customised (Pet Designs are 3-5 weeks and Design your Own pieces will take 5-7 weeks from sketch approval and delivery).

 

What happens if I entered the incorrect shipping address?

roomi & me will not take responsibility for any incorrect delivery details being provided at your time of order or within the timeframe prior to dispatch. Please double check all delivery details prior to placing your order. 

 

Do I need to pay for the International fees & duties?

The value of your order does not include any local customs duties, taxes & other fees which may occur at destination country. roomi & me does not cover any International customs fees, import duties or taxes, or any charges incurred for delivery to any country.

 

What happens if my item is lost?

roomi & me will not take any responsibility for lost items. Our team will provide a tracking number as soon as an item is dispatched.

 

What if I change my mind after purchase?

roomi & me does not offer refunds on your purchase for change of mind. If you do have a change of mind we will offer a credit note if notified of this within 4 days of purchasing. Please note that the roomi & me piece must be in a perfect condition and have been purchased full price (no shipping costs for returns for change of mind will be covered). No change of mind credit will be applied for 'Design your own' or customised pieces. 

 

What happens if my item is damaged?

If your handmade piece has arrived damaged, please send an email to us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Once this has been inspected, roomi & me will take the appropriate action to either offer a full refund, repair or have a new piece handmade for you. Shipping costs will be covered by roomi & me for any damaged pieces.
